The State of West Virginia requires the following immunizations for all college and university students (per the WV Bureau for Public Health):

• MMR: (Rubeola), Mumps, Rubella (German Measles)
• Diphtheria, Pertussis: (Tdap, Td)
• Polio: Inactivated (IPV) Or Oral Poliovirus (OPV- no longer available in US)
• Meningococcal vaccine: (MCV4) (Quadrivalent)

Please note that new incoming students will not be allowed to move into a Concord residence hall without proof of immunizations.
